Very limited medical. Okay for 5 Dr. Visits a year. Pharmacy okay, generic meds are $10.00 or less each. No diagnostics! Minimal coverage for In/Pt, ER, etc. They have dental, vision, ADD, Retirement to salary paid by employee. Nothing matched. No vacations!!! Salary based on the job site you work at. Usually $9.00 to $10.00 an hour. Opportunity for over time.
Transportation to other sites, good medical benefits, special events, etc.

No vacation time, no sick time, no pay increase in last few years, "health coverage" is not comprehensive, preventative measure plans that meet the bare ACA minimum... If you need comprehensive medical you'll have to shop the exchange and buy your own.
Long answer, short: none.
