Only a few people in higher positions are given any respect. If you have any issues with those people however you are looked down upon for voicing your opinion. You are always expected to do anything you are asked at any moment even if you are already overwhelmed as is.

You are expected to change your schedule whenever they decide fit, they can relocate you to another property even if it is inconvenient for you, if you live on property you get treated unfairly and have to respond to noise complaints as well as lock outs even if it as at 2:00am. I also am often required to work on my day off even if above 40 hours for the week.

Our vacation policy is stated below, this does not include other paid time the company offers:

Full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible to earn and use vacation time as described in this policy:
The amount of paid vacation time employees receive each year increases with the length of their employment as shown in the following schedule. In order to continue to accrue vacation days, the employee must work at least 30 hours per week.
•After 2 months of service — 1 day
•After 4 months of service — 2 days
•After 6 months of service — 5 days
•Beginning of 2nd year through 5 years of service — 10 days
•Beginning of 6th year through 10 years of service — 15 days
•Beginning of 11th year and over — 20 days
Employees can accumulate up to 20 days, accrual will stop until days drop under 20

We offer Health, Dental and Vision insurance as well as a 401-k Plan and other benefits like cell phone reimbursement and 16 paid hours to volunteer with your community. Our employees are eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month pending 30 days of service.

Sick leave is pretty flexible, but expect backlash. Cannot remember the days off each year, but not competitive with other companies that offer more.
