You are expected to change your schedule whenever they decide fit, they can relocate you to another property even if it is inconvenient for you, if you live on property you get treated unfairly and have to respond to noise complaints as well as lock outs even if it as at 2:00am. I also am often required to work on my day off even if above 40 hours for the week.

Even when you are not at work you are still being called to come in to do tasks. My schedule was constantly asked to be changed and worked on my days off mandatorily or would receive threats of being wrote up. If you live on property be expected to respond to noise complaints also or lock outs even if it is at 2:30am at times.

You never get to clock out, you are on call constantly for problems.
