Thank you for your comment on Indeed! At CIP, we are proud of our employees, and we go out of our way to show appreciation for their work. Aside from our competitive compensation, commission and benefits packages, we love to provide our employees with fun bonus-driven competitions, as well as company events. Along with our vacation and sick leave benefits, we take our employees and their families on a company-paid Omaha Zoo outing each year. Additionally, we close our offices for our employees to enjoy a day of golf, food, and lots of prizes. This year, we were thrilled to host a holiday party for our CIP co-workers, as well. At CIP, we understand that our employees want to "give back.” CIP CARES is a program our employees use to serve in their community. Full-time employees are given 16 hours each year of paid time to work in community outreach. We are proud that our employees have used time for service toward City Mission projects, hospital volunteer work, helping children in the classroom, the Humane Society and many more worthwhile programs throughout all our communities.
