Property Manager/Leasing Consultant (Former Employee) –  Lincoln, NEMay 28, 2019
If you are not part of the "good old boys club", it doesn't matter how good you are at your job, you will never get any recognition for it and they will find a way to push you out. Even the different teams with in the company are very catty and segregated. There is no transparency with upper management, they will lie to get you to do what they want then never fallow through with their end of the agreement. They care more about making an extra $ than they do customer service especially to the long term residents.
Pros
Company events, decent pto
Cons
Management, hypocritical policies

Leasing Consultant (Current Employee) –  Lincoln, NEMay 2, 2019
Typical day at work may be a busy day but if overwhelming the people in the office are always willing to help. This company lives by their mission statement and core values which is great for residents AND employees. You are always evolving and learning with this job. If you want something challenging but rewarding, it is a great job. They value their employees just as much as the people living within their communities.
Pros
Paid team building activities, Company outings, opportunity to grow
Cons
None.

Leasing Consultant (Former Employee) –  Lincoln, NEAugust 4, 2017
Everything is done by upper management, I worked at 2 of the larger properties. Leasing consultants are just there to get yelled at and do most of the grunt work. To get a manager position you do have to be friends with the right people, they do not promote based on experience or ability to do the job.
The pay and discounts are not worth the stress and chaos that you have to deal with.
Pros
Company Events, Rent Discounts
Cons
Stressful, Bad Management, Bad Pay

Open and closed office. Showed apartments, lease overviews, collected rents, made sure all service calls were completed. Worked close with maintenance manager.
