Family focused company
This company understood the meaning of balancing work life with home life. I really enjoyed the casual dress code ,the location and business schedule.

Good company
During all this time that I have being working with Commercial Kitchen I had learn to many things. I had learn to deal with vendors, I learn how to deal with customers under different circumstances and about the business.

Ineffective Management Style
Management was never good about discussing potential issues, but rather after they became problematic, then it was directed at you and you were blindsided. I was terminated without cause, but was told I was employed "at will" so no reason was needed.
