A step above!

Was absolute great company to work for. Hourly pay could have been better. However, bonus structure and paid benefits made up for it. Company culture is outstanding, they really care about their employees. Hands down, one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for.

The benefits are great, you only pay 60 bucks for medical a week and 20 for dental a week. The pay is not the best but you get bonuses like every other month.

Managment in Knoxville is a joke

Management at the Knoxville branch isn’t good. If you take a job at the Knoxville location get everything down in writing or els the manager will change what he said to you. Like the 90 day pay increase changes to 6 months or if given a bigger role he will take it back from you. Everyone there talks behind each others back.
