Regret leaving
Commonwealth was a pretty good place to work, except for a few of the aides being lazy. But that is true with every job though. Most of us felt like family, and he community as a whole was a very nice environment.

The management is really good now and the benefits are good if the drama wasn't so bad there it would be a good place to work. The aides do a awesome job with the residents.
