Very cliquey & uppity
CAD Tech. (Former Employee) –  Indianapolis, INFebruary 6, 2015
Some people were very kind, but for the most part very cliquey & uppity. Training was none existent except for the chosen few who got to go to AutoCAD Autodesk on a regular basis. The rest of us had to fend for ourselves. They did have what they called lunch training, which was nothing more than a sales pitch opportunity for a contractor. Started off drawing under a great engineer who hired me, only to moved to Genghis Khan's Department. I was told by other CAD Techs that no one wanted to work under him. It is always uplifting to be belittled and put down in front of everyone in the department over an error you make plus error's the engineer made. Coming straight out of College this should have been the very last place to have worked.
Pros
Great Christmas Parties, Human Resources Lady, Decent Desktop
Cons
Training, Support, Computer Desk, No CAD Std., etc.
