Best company I have ever worked for

I am a manager at Commonwealth Home Health Care and Have been for 5 years!!! I love my employees and co-workers. We like every other companies have had hardship with The pandemic and adjustments that make frustrating at time but we all come together and make it happen. You can always count on someone to help you out. We all work very hard but we are a family and do it together!

Much better than average company. They listen to employees and try very hard to make things work for everyone.

Very busy company but they try very hard to work with staff to allow them time off for personal events. During COVID they have been great at finding solutions and paid days when staff had to be out. No job— home life balance. No vacation for a year. Low pay. If you enjoy doing paper work at home, in the evening and enjoy work phone calls at home then this is the job for you. They are way behind in the times, no electronic charting, but will have you install several apps on your personal phone. Stay away. For real. In a month you will be searching for a job again. Pay sucks.
