Awful because of the mandatory overtime and in that the support staff are too busy sleeping, texting, running personal errands, watching movies or outside smoking, so you have to work extra time to get your documentation done properly. You have to back peddle and do some of the direct support staff because they are lazy and clueless.

Being that it was contract work, I could choose the schedule that suited me. Enjoyed working with the other instructors.

Management works with you if you need time off for medical appointments. Not good if family is sick you had no FMLA paid time
