Provided little-to-no training and expected you to pick up 'on the fly'. Ummm, no, that's not how it works if you want the job done well. They did excel at beratement on a daily basis. The worst job experience I've ever had.

Don't work here! Terrible management. Very chaotic, and disorganized.

For fear of losing my license. If you work hard and actually do your job and care you will be set up by management. They consider this rocking the boat. The union protects the lazy entitled staff for which there are three times as many as required because there are very few hours spent working, I watched people die because of the lack of care, therefore I felt I morally could not continue.
