I've been been with Commonwealth of PA for 6 1/2 years and I have 10 years in my retirement. I get a raise 2x a year.

Raises (change in position) are posted upon vacancy and raise is based on level to level increase. For union covered employees, the raises are typically yearly depending on the contractual agreement and they are 2 - 3%. Management (at the time I retired) had not received any raises for 5 years.
