I worked there for 2 years through a temp service. I was let go after being trained for a position. I really enjoyed the person I worked for, but when it came time to clean house, they turned very cold and could care less. I would deter anyone from working there unless you do work temporarily, but DEFINITELY BE LOOKING for another job in the meantime!

For new hires I am not sure where hiring has taken place.
In the past it depended on the urgency of management decisions and budget decisions and could be very slow process to normal.
