I worked at nw location and loved it there. Unfortunately I had to leave because of my childcare issues. I had a great experience with the 2 years I was employed. My co workers were great and hard working. My manager and supervisor were very supportive. The pediatric physicians were so kind to patients, parents, and staff. Benefits are great and 401 k matching. I have no complaints about this company.
👎 hates working there! Absolutely do not recommend this place to anybody! Pay rate is bad due to being a discount clinic. They expect you to do soooo much compared to what you get paid! Their is alot of gossip! You have to travel a lot out of town for the training and they don’t pay for your gas.
I have enjoyed working for CommuniCare, the patients were awesome. I enjoyed caring for the little kids. My coworkers are very good at what they do, I have learned so much from them. I believe it is time for me to leave to expand my learning opportunities.
Needing better management it doesn't work well when your sitting with management who does not know what there are doing or how to manage.. Needing to find knowledgeable managers who can manage the day and workflow a whole lot better..
Medical Assistant (Former Employee) – Medical Assistant Internship – October 25, 2018
I was happy with the CEO and orientation. Once you start working it's so different. Some of the staff doesnt help you, you have to do everything the communicare way, I didnt like that because I feel the patient didnt feel comfortable.
I grew in medical knowledge during my 3 years here. It was a great place to work. Clinicians and other medical staff where friendly and we had a great Practice Manager. Like all other places, there always is going to be things we don't like but over all, Awesome
Everyone tended to be very friendly, whether they knew you or not. They made work a joy to wake up and come to every morning. They strived to make all patients feel like they welcomed coming and going.
This is a good company for a person who is at the beginning of their career. You can learn a lot but you will hit your cap pretty quickly. There is little room for growth. Management has poor communication which makes getting the job done difficult and untimely.
