They are buy buying homes up left to right and not investing time in what the already have. Professionalism left years ago. Very rude people. I don't see them succeeding. Especially when you used systems from Golden Living and not their own!

Their motto is "do more with less." This refers from lack of staffing to absence of linens, MIA housekeeping service to the DON who like OZ rules behind a curtain. Even when staffed, we are short staffed. They schedule for numbers and not acuity. Nothing changes, and it is so frustrating.

The hiring process is easy. Online application is brief. The HR was a pleasure and easy to communicate with. I had an interview and everyone was friendly. My offer came shortly after. They require drug screen and background check and they make it easy for you to do.
