I have worked there for 22 1/2 years. I left because an outside company came in for laundry housekeeping and dietary and thinking that it was OK. They made you work by yourself to do two buildings and trying to get it all done plus working in the laundry room. I was practically dead by the end the day. They are cheaper just trying to findA way to cut corners

They are buy buying homes up left to right and not investing time in what the already have. Professionalism left years ago. Very rude people. I don't see them succeeding. Especially when you used systems from Golden Living and not their own!

Their motto is "do more with less." This refers from lack of staffing to absence of linens, MIA housekeeping service to the DON who like OZ rules behind a curtain. Even when staffed, we are short staffed. They schedule for numbers and not acuity. Nothing changes, and it is so frustrating.
