I have worked there for 22 1/2 years. I left because an outside company came in for laundry housekeeping and dietary and thinking that it was OK. They made you work by yourself to do two buildings and trying to get it all done plus working in the laundry room. I was practically dead by the end the day. They are cheaper just trying to findA way to cut corners

Please don"t hire someone in a MDS position telling them there will be two people to do the job so you have a partner and then two and a half weeks later tell them they are on their own. I personally would have never taken the job and moved on had I known this would be the situation. I asked three times to have help and the answer was always no. You are too focused on the money and not the residents care.

Money first. Patients and employees last. I would bet the owner would never place one of his parents in these dispicable places.

You need to come from behind the desk in Ohio and visit your facilities. You need to know what your regional corporate leaders are saying to us. I'm in Missouri and under Ohio, we were great. You bought Kindred homes in Indiana, put us under them, and they are highly unprofessional, rude and degrades staff, and they do not assist where needed. So sad. You are losing leadership because of this and employees no longer are staying. Get out and learn what's going on in your homes!

No support from Administration.Too many deadwood positions like why is there 2 ADON positions on day shift? They r too busy running for smoke breaks instead of being part of the team at LakePointe in Lorain Ohio. The building needs serious renovating!Falling apart in the patient areas. But Administrative offices were remodeled.Truly a ghetto home. Only accepts residents that no body wants.

Simple overworked under paid. Only worry about paperwork and bottom line. Offer more money and you just might have enough staff to get more residents to make money. SIMPLE
