Hours are flexible when per Diem, there are paid vacations, and other benefits for full time workers, Good place to build skills, and use as a starter job, or while in school, definitely not a job to live off of.

Loved what I did, Hated the atmosphere

I loved being able to work with clients. However the atmosphere here was hostile. It seemed as though everyone would stab you in the back in order to get ahead in their job. Nothing was ever investigated. Any issues brought to the directors attention were always pushed to the back burner and never handled.
