Stressful environment with poor management

I started out very excited about this job. I have been a provider for dozens of years and this practice seemed like a great place to end up. However, lots of turnover. It is apparent why - the employees are not listened to by management, management is unprofessional and harsh, despite work and care provided no compensation..I could go on. With so much turnover, the providers who stay are expected to take on the work left behind. The management does not listen to employees or seem to care for them or their concerns.
