8-10 hours. I even worked doubles. 3rd shift at one location then straight to another location for first shift without any sleep. Less than 30 minutes for a “break” between these shifts so I could have Christmas Day off work to spend with my toddler as a single parent.

Stop taking chances and really get your hands dirty. You should really find out why you don't want to invest in your people. Also, you should really pay the bookkeepers more...you should take care of your number 1 asset the people you employ. I really do forgive you, but I stand by what I said you have NO GRACE!
