Direct care staff get no paid time off for one year after date of hire - then accrue 1/2 a day (4 hours) per MONTH after that.
Health insurance available after 3 or 6 months, but it's expensive to the employee and unattainable to insure spouses or children. Very difficult to find local providers who accept the insurance, as well.
No paid holidays and the company may or may not pay the very small stipend for staff who do work holidays (about $20 for a 12-16 hour shift on a holiday).
