Oh boy lol well! Lack of communication whether it was management or coworkers! Discrimination against my mental health! Micromanaging! Severely under staffed! Management plays favorites and if your not one of the favorites you get any chances or special treatment of any kind! Everyone could be doing the same thing but only one person get a write up for it!
Management doesn’t support you or help you in any way! I could literally go on! I stayed longer then I should have!Toxic culture
