I dreaded it.
Hours- make sure everything is DONE cause if you work 5 mins over, whether it be discharging a patient or finishing up charting, you WILL be written up. Its ridiculous..
Toxic, toxic, toxic! Youre pretty much on your own! Everyone is for themselves, work against eachother instead of with eachother. If providers get behind, you better fix it.. if you like workplace drama, this is for you!
Hours ok, environment- stressful and full of drama between the different languages
Working hours are great Monday to Friday Schedule in administration.
