3 weeks too interview
Phone interview with HR, Skype interview, in-person interview, then WAITING WAITING WAITING (almost 6 weeks), THEN meeting with the top brass. Two months from start to finish.
Very lengthy interview process and extreme disorganization amongst HR. Over 2 months before receiving their offer.
It took me close to 3 months with all the separate interviews plus rescheduling, then if you're a Finalist its more interviews. After all that I didn't get the position for not being bi- lingual. Less then 30 days later, young bilingual left & position was reopened, should of gone with the experienced one the first time.
Extremely long process, often requiring several in-house interviews by members of the department (i.e. personnel dept, potential peers, manager(s) and director). Often, the interview and hiring can be derailed by the CEO and SVP who will VETO a candidate because they did not brag enough about the various CHCI programs.
There is a process, you have to interview locally by the BH team after your phone screen with HR typically and with the regional Vice president where you will work the CEO and Senior Clinical VP and the CBHO.
