Allied Health in Anderson, IN

Used to be a great place to work.
Since merging with the Indianapolis Network, it has gone downhill. Employees are extremely stressed, and some treat other employees terribly. Management tries, but no longer has much say since the network takeover. The hardest part of the job is working with hateful co-workers, and the low moral. Only good part is knowing you try your best for the patient.

Pay was good, PTO excellent
The pay and most of the benefits are decent. Managers and supervisors make sure you know you are expendable. Expects you to be available, even on your off days. Calls, text, checking work emails, constant trainings, chooses who policy applies to, no staff appreciation, find your own coverage for vacation, FMLA discrimination, hostile work environment.

Productive and can be fun depending on who you work with.
The specific unit I worked on was not very flexible or understanding of personal events. Took a pay cut to work there to gain experience in my medical journey. Heavy work load with little help at times.

supportive and calm environment, fair compensation
Was devastated to have to leave this job due to family relocation. Best place I've ever worked. Very kind and supportive co-workers, management that encouraged independent thinking and fostered success. No complaints whatsoever. Agile response to pandemic precautions - excellent leadership through an extremely difficult time. This company was ready and EVERYONE was working from home without a hiccup as soon as the situation called for such measures.

the clinic i worked in was not a great place to be...
during the interviewing process, the office was NOT forth coming about their office character and how it ran and operated. they called folk liars and theives, arguing with doctors, not following network policy at all.

i was called a theft after leaving my position and another employee had the equipment from the office the whole time!
