PSR - Patient Service Representative in Indianapolis, IN

Executive leadership (EL) needs to value ALL Employees and not the ones with abbreviations behind their name. They, EL, needs to start an incentive program for their employees.
Outpatient Therapist in Indiana

Community Mental Health Centers are never going to be easy and low stress work with a good work life balance. You do get to help people who really need it and feel a sense of purpose. However, productivity has recently been put above employee wellness more than I have experienced here in the past.
Registered Nurse in Indianapolis, IN
on July 29, 2022
Management will listen to your concerns and act like they will address them but in the end very little change happens. Overall not a bad place to work and would recommend it over the other healthcare networks in the city. Pay is ok, received a few bonuses throughout the year.
Registered Nurse in Indianapolis, IN

But management would beg for you to work days off to fill holes. Charge nurses were micromanagement. We didn't have many resources to help us do our jobs. Great place to learn though.
PCT (Patient Care Technician) in Indianapolis, IN
on July 22, 2022
I worked on MRO and it was the best job I’ve ever had. The RN’s and management were like family and I was so heartbroken I had to leave for school. I will always love community and if I ever get the chance I’ll definitely work there again!
