Personally speak to departments employees without management in the room to see if everyone is happy and what changes could be heard. Sure he is told everything is running great. Happy employees make a happy work place.

Orientation and Training is deceiving. I’m do not believe it is misleading. However, the Company has such low turnover the seasoned employees are way out of touch with policies and Epic in general. Very disappointed to go from two amazing weeks of training to my sites only to be very let down. Employees are hostile towards one another. Management knows their are issues but can seem to right the ship. I was so excited to be a part of this Company. I can’t wait for my 6 months to be completed so I can move out of my current area. Hopefully to better representation of the what is presented at Orientation.
