Network priorities and goals were constantly shifting due to the volatility of healthcare. The organization empowers management to lead staff effectively and give each person as much information as possible. Communication is slow but accurate when received. There's a strong sense of family and community at Community Health Network. The organization has multiple ways to help employees, their families, and the community in times of need. The organization is making strides to not be as compartmentalized and be more inclusive. Community also looks to help employees engagement through new programs and actively seeks feedback.
