I was a fall intern for CHNw revenue cycle. That position helped me gain a lot of insight and skills that I previously did not have. Management and the culture exceeded my expectations. Community Health Network has given me many shadow opportunities to build my knowledge and resume as well. I highly recommend Community Health Network to all.
Poor Communication/Too Many "Managers" to answer to

Community Health Network needs to take employee complaints seriously and act upon them. This would benefit the company which in turn would benefit the patients it serves. There is a Site Manager and a Clinical Manager and also a Front Office Manager and one does not know what the other is doing. They all tell you what to do and this causes major conflict because they do not communicate effectively with each other. After several years, this set up is what caused me to leave.
