Took them 4 months to even interview, lost paperwork x 4, no phone or computer or internet or EMR access for months....

Great when I worked with clients and was sent to ER's to complete assessments. ER staff very professional. Office morale was low due to lack of support and staff mtgs. Very little emphasis on team building. Management was unprofessional, unpredictable. Mine would gossip about staff to another department staff throwing them under the bus.

Ha! Pay freeze for 6+ years, then 0.5% increases that aren't even enough to cover their health insurance coverage increases. If you are non-union, you'll get a decent salary to start. If you're union- forget it. Go work at McDonalds. Masters level clinicians making a tad bit more than minimum wage.

So fast you can't eat lunch, but aren't allowed to say you didn't take one per union, so you lie. You are expected to work during blizzards (literally a state of emergency) even if you're just a secretary or other non essential employee. No breaks, you get attitude for taking time off and using your accrued time.
