It depends on what position you are working. If you are a Desk Clerk, your shift depends on weather or not the next shift shows up on time. So your 8 hour shift could extend to 12 or longer without relief. You are verbally abused by the tenants and their guest's. After 6pm the desk clerk is alone without security or assistance from other employees during the day shift, so the "laid back" job you thought you were hired for becomes a high risk low paying position. The parking is a nightmare in the tenderloin and it's very hard to communicate with upper management.
