Vacation time off with pay is available to employees to provide opportunities for rest, relaxation, and personal pursuits. HR does not approve or deny any employees vacation time. It is up to individual managers and team needs.
Upon initial eligibility the employee is entitled to 15 vacation days each year
- After 2 years of eligible service, the employee is entitled to 18 vacation days each year.
- After 4 years of eligible service, the employee is entitled to 20 vacation days each year.
- After 7+ years of eligible service, the employee is entitled to 25 vacation days each year.

They upped the days off in an obvious attempt to stop the hemorrhaging of employee turnover. But then HR wanted to punish people for actually taking the days.
