Would not recommend for work placement or as a client seeking help
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) (Former Employee) – Phoenix, AZ – May 24, 2017
This place has a high turn over rate, likely because the managers will not hesitate to berate their own employees. In regards to the clients (patients), the goal is to get them in and out as fast as possible, which is not safe when your are dosing out an opiate! The more clients, the more money! Some employees are genuine in trying to help clients but the overall company has its eyes on expanding too quickly and for the wrong reasons. Also, the pay sucks and there is no room for advancement! Once a month, you'll be asked to sign a report that states dates of topics and training that were completed but the training and topics were never actually given! That should be the first red flag. If you question the policy on signing and dating something you've never done, be prepared to look for another job! Bad, bad, bad! Good job for easy money if you have thick skin, definitely not ideal for long term consideration. Beware.
