Good Goals
LPN (Current Employee) –  AZDecember 25, 2018
The Company is growing rapidly due to need, opening offices before open clinics are running to corporate standards. (They are still working out how they want things done) They just developed a general overview training course. (decided how they want some things done.) I have been their over a year and trained 5 new hires without it or proper medication dispensing and administration in place. While opening the clinic 6 days a week 430am to ?? with direction from corporate a handful of times mostly to Band-Aid things before DEA showed up. They heavily rely on employees caring enough about their job to do well and care for the clinics and communicate instead of admin communicating with employees. Otherwise Awesome hours lots of overtime potential and ofcourse what keeps healthcare workers going cowokers are fantastic people.
Pros
Coworkers Dispensing room
Cons
No guidleines, bad communication

Your nursing license is not safe here
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) (Former Employee) –  CMS TucsonFebruary 13, 2019
The clinic managers have a power struggle with themselves. If they personally dislike you they will find a way to fire you. They have policies and procedures that are verrryyyy loosely followed by counselors and clinic managers. Upper management is highly unprofessional and they don't know what they want from you.
Pros
easy work
Cons
no breaks, no support from ma's, admin and management, your work will never be appreciated

Depressing Clinic! They Treat Others Badly
Counselor (Former Employee) –  24th Street Indian schoolOctober 19, 2018
This is an unprofessional place to work! Management is horrible, staff is rude to clientele, the conditions of this center for clientele is horrible. The bathrooms are absolutely discusting. This is not a place that advocates help for clientele. It’s strictly a business! The turn-around is unbelievable! What that says proves a lot!
Pros
Great clientele for the most part
Cons
Poor treatment, lack of cleanliness for clientele, respect amongst others

Horrible place to work...Insane
Intake/Substance Abuse Counselor (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZApril 18, 2018
CMS had just opened the After Hours Methadone Clinic when I started and it was pure craziness and insanity, I worked 4 10 hour days but it was more like 20. The counselors would give the management ideas on how to make the workplace better and less insane. Those ideas were taken and implemented.
Pros
Pto, Holiday and Double Time, I learned a lot in a quick period of time
Cons
Management, No breaks or lunches, to many long hours, to much back stabbing

Amazing company to work for and an amazing team of employees
Clinician II (Current Employee) –  Phoenix, AZAugust 26, 2018
It is an extremely collaborative place to work where there is emphasis on the team versus just basing decisions on management. You’re able to practice your clinical skills without overbearing oversight from supervisors. The team becomes a family and work together to serve a sometimes difficult population. The hours can be long, but it’s worth it.
Pros
Colleagues
Cons
The volume can be difficult

Don't rely on negative reviewers....a good company
Clinician (Current Employee) –  MontanaMay 4, 2018
This company works in a difficult field, is fast-paced, and requires commitment BUT the mission and services are indicative of a company that cares about its clients. I love working with co-workers and my manager is very dedicated and supportive. Yes, it is a for profit company but I have seen first hand that upper management is invested in making this company compassionate yet effective in treating opiate use disorder. CMS is a step above other similar programs because they do care and are continually trying to improve services in a new industry. No one is perfect but CMS stays on top of new research, tracks successes and makes changes when needed.
Pros
Culture, co-workers, clinic management, research based services that do work.
Cons
Staff that come and go because they can't handle working in addictions

Worst company
Front Office Administration (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZJuly 19, 2018
This company does not care for their patients, nor their employees. They burn through employees and their patients. They are all about the money and growing instead of actually caring for their patients and giving them the care that they deserve. Management is two face and are sneaky. They smile in your face but be careful.
Pros
no pros working at this company
Cons
The whole company is a disgrace

Awful work environment
Associate (Former Employee) –  ArizonaMay 12, 2018
If you are the kind of person who would like to be given credit where credit is due, look for employment elsewhere. Employees who have been with the company for awhile will take credit for your accomplishments. Management is atrocious, childish, and rude. The facility is dirty and unkept, your safety is never a priority as security is almost nonexistent. Patient care is the lowest priority, money is the only thing that seems to matter. More patients more money. Staff memebers are unprofessional, and insensitive to patient needs.
Pros
Hours of operation
Cons
All of the above

A good place
Nursing (Current Employee) –  ArizonaJanuary 25, 2018
Current employee and the internal reward of trying to do my part within my community is worth it. It is a tense job, fast paced. It is pretty new but compared to other MAT clinics, this one has the feeling of true compassion for people.

The negative part is since it is a new clinic the staff is burning out to fast with the high demand of work and no new positions being filled.
Pros
Lots of room to grow in your career and personal
Cons
Still new, lots of changes needed

Would not recommend for work placement or as a client seeking help
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZMay 24, 2017
This place has a high turn over rate, likely because the managers will not hesitate to berate their own employees. In regards to the clients (patients), the goal is to get them in and out as fast as possible, which is not safe when your are dosing out an opiate! The more clients, the more money! Some employees are genuine in trying to help clients but the overall company has its eyes on expanding too quickly and for the wrong reasons. Also, the pay sucks and there is no room for advancement! Once a month, you'll be asked to sign a report that states dates of topics and training that were completed but the training and topics were never actually given! That should be the first red flag. If you question the policy on signing and dating something you've never done, be prepared to look for another job! Bad, bad, bad! Good job for easy money if you have thick skin, definitely not ideal for long term consideration. Beware.
Pros
No traffic to and from work because of the work hours
Cons
No designated breaks, management lacks professional communication and ethics

Unmentionable. (Current Employee) –  Scottsdale, AZDecember 23, 2017
The owners son is a moron. Very egotistical. Typical daddy owns the business kid. They are prey8ng of of trumps need to get rid of drugs, not that that is a bad thing but they really love people who have serious drug problems and then pay someone 10 bucks an hour to help them all while the owners son rolls in money while laughing at others less fortunate than him.

Professional (Current Employee) –  Tucson, AZDecember 19, 2017
Be prepared to meet production. CMS’s way of ensuring they get paid. High standards to achieve. Be prepared for negative reviews from your direct manager. I excelled as an employee and was torn apart regarding things about my “personality”. Every employee is trying to find a way to leave.
Pros
Can do things after work due to hours
Cons
