Treat people with respect. Respond to their phone calls, e-mails & request. Be honest up front. Let the lead person run the house and do the scheduling. Having meetings to get employees input and try to work with everyone. Clean house if employees are not doing their jobs and not doing what the lead/supervisor asked of them. The majority of the employees are making free money. By that, they are doing nothing and I do mean nothing. Sleeping on the job, doing their personal business on the job, on phones the entire shift.
