Candidates for upper management, leadership or director position would be required to participate in a personality test and results would be evaluated based on the appropriate personality type for the position;
Interact with employees on all levels, engage with them, address questions and concerns;
Work somewhere else. You may make a couple dollars less an hour, but trust me, it's not worth the hassle.
