Lots of favouritism!! Concepts, their adult program is a TERRIBLE place to work!!! The clients are terrific, the staff is awful, no team work whatsoever!!! Very minimal training due to regularly being short staffed!!

Easy and straightforward. First interview is a phone screening. Then it is followed by an in person interview on site so that you can see where you'll be working. Some of the questions asked: Are you willing to help with showering and toileting? Can you cook? What experience do you have with Direct Suppport?
