Not being fair to employee to advance themselves who is more then qualified then the person they advanced it to.Example long time worker in one home. not granted supervisor position. the employee they advance it to knew nothing about the house or the clients.devotion, experience, compassion for the clients. supervisor skills were preformed when no supervisor was there for that home given by the employee that was ignored. none of the well meaning devotion and over all worked preformed mattered. ignored, overlooked.
Lots of favouritism!! Concepts, their adult program is a TERRIBLE place to work!!! The clients are terrific, the staff is awful, no team work whatsoever!!! Very minimal training due to regularly being short staffed!!
