Great place to work
I enjoyed working at Community One Bank. I had great co-workers, the work was interesting, and I learned a lot. I was able to learn to master Broker, Silverlake, and Encompass.

Nice Place
Nice place with room for growth. Allows you to work with a team while helping customers with their banking needs. Also allows for part-time and full-time work.

Decent place to work
It was a good place to work. I worked with awesome people and the bank itself was decent. It's sad to see the company itself didn't make it and kept having to be bought out.

Great Bank
Great Bank until Capital Bank took over. The management at Capital Bank stinks starting with the CEO. Capital Bank was a poorly run conglomerate of failed banks headed by a greedy CEO who only had interests in returning profits into his pockets.

Was a great hometown style bank
CommunityOne Bank was a very good place to work. It emphasized customer service and community involvement. CommunityOne has now been purchased by Capital Bank and the workplace culture appears to have changed.
