A great opportunity for good money. Hard work but it pays off. Management has been helpful with all concerns. Paid on a weekly basis so I always have money in the bank.

If you work for compa, you will be throwing tires, working to the bone. You will make 600+ a week if you work your butt off. However, you will not feel well compensated. Your managers will be looking over you shoulders at all times, complaining about the smallest stuff, all while they ride their golf carts and watch you throw 100,000 pounds of tires a day. The supervisors pay is a joke, so nobody wants to do it, and us lumpers are treated like numbers. There are almost no benefits, and the ones they do offer are bad insurance, or pto that you get paid less than your normal pay on. This place blows.

This place has an nice working environment especially if you’re willing to work hard. If you’re willing, the compensation provided for your willingness makes it worth it to work here.

Pay is not where what they advertise. If you wanna make over 1k for the week youre gonna be working probably 12 to 15 hour days. It is not worth what they pay in the slightest

Don’t make money here, not paid hrly but by impossible production, everyone suffers, no one stays, no policy upheld, hours are ridiculously long, managements undermining, refusing support and workplace is unsafe. Tons of job related injury, every man for himself, very poor, unethical behavior is tolerated with no consequences for anything. Their clerk is a freakin joke making everything harder for everyone for no reason. Everyone does whatever they want. The hardest job you’ll ever have and for free. Employee’s are sue happy. You pay for medical but never receive it and corporate never gets back to you on anything.
