Sometimes smaller is better!

This experience turned out to be much better than I thought. Most of the crew members become like family on trips. Seen places I’d never seen before on the job and with flight benefits! We get 11 days off a month and can somewhat bid for our ideal schedules. You have to really understand what his lifestyle entails and really want to do this in order to be happy on the job...I’m happy!

Pay is at the low end to start. Concerned about company’s future.

Dont waste your time you'll regret it

This company is racist they are going through a lawsuit now for this reason and they dont care about their hard workers and will fire you for no reason management is horrible as well so if you're looking for a good company to work for dont even think to come this way

Worked for compass for 6 years. The only positive was the crews, management was aweful, corrupted and just plain uneducated. They fired people like they changed their underwear and did not care whatsoever about good employees. Just an aweful place overall.

Compass has gone down hill

Compass used to be the premier regional airline. Poor management and lack of a functioning Hr department has turned Compass into a joke. TSA legal department is now the HR department and the hr or recruiting department in MSP doesn’t know what they are doing. Poor management acrossed the board. Compass hides the truth from there employees. Bring back old management and bring Compass back to life.

It is what it is, a regional airline, and a place to start. Relaxed vibe in the SOC. Pretty good management, fair and friendly people. Great flight benefits!

the job itself is easy, spend most of the day rearranging crews and flights. Answering phones. Employees can be kind of rude. But the environment is pretty relaxing. All the supervisor except one are extremely nice and helpful. 4 10hr days a week isn’t bad, gives you a chance to use the benefits.

I worked at Compass Airlines for more then 3 years. They lie a lot to their employees, they twist the contract to suit them and they fire people to question their integrity or shortcomings.

Enjoyed flying for an regional airline such as Compass Airlines. Great crew and places to fly. 76 seated aircraft which meant close interaction with passengers. Most of the time, passengers were great, but once in awhile, you had to engage in conflict resolution. Worked with various airline departments, which meant you learn a lot about the airline industry.

Passengers and Flight Crews are terrific

If you love to travel and like people, you will love being a Flight Attendant.

In Flight management team has some members that have never worked as Flight Attendants. As such, it makes it difficult for them to understand delays due to passengers in wheelchairs, etc..

You are NOT paid 40 minutes before each flight even though it's mandatory to be there, You are NOT paid when boarding passengers and deplaning
