Work hard and you can go anywhere with Compass Group. Always go above and beyond and you will find yourself advancing quickly. There are so many locations that there is always something new to do.

Most locations are Monday-Friday only
Cons
Its difficult to find good cooks, cashiers, etc.

Compass is losing sight of its employees and managers, they tend to throw thier employees into positions without adequate training, the old fly or die theory, overall they're a good company but I think as they've grown they lost sight of employee relations and cultivating a great support staff

You get pulled out of your unit all the time, little support from upper management but they expect much, Tends to be allot of negativity from clients if they don't like you

I loved it there...made friends with my coworkers and many friends with Allianz life...someday id love to go back ...I miss everyone ..if you enjoy people and working with food and catering ..eurest is the place to be

Preferential treatment!
Management would allow certain employees when it comes giving ideas even when it does not make good business sense. Allows certain employees to break company policies.

Working here was a great opportunity but some of the managers were difficult. I worked in the food court area and most of the employees were great and friendly. It was a very fast passed and tedious job. But trying to get a day off to take my son to a very important Dr. appointment is what got me fired.

The job was not bad kept you busy, before you knew it was time to go home.
The hardest part was management not prepared for the volume of customers or there complaints about everything.

Fun place to work, it wad a five star cafeteria in general tire. Had many opportunities to learn in the areas of culinary arts. Was a very fast paced job, so the nights went by fast.
