No communication. Low pay, no bonuses. Lazy supervisors/ manager who doesn't help when you're under staffed and shows favortism amongst workers. Need I say more?

Where to begin, i came in to compass through a staffing agency. From my 1st week on i got compliments every every day and was training someone new every week(totally fine because im a people person). I no what im doing and can tell you why im doing it, saftey protocols, cleaning procedures and routines. Once i transferred over i got a trainers raise to 11.50$ per hour. Now i have been with crothall 2 years and my 2 year review is coming up and i should get a raise. I should have already been a Supervisor but apparently all the director wants is Slaves to do half A jobs and more MANAGERS. They cant keep employees for more than a week because they see how much is put on them and unorganized. They have to brib them to stay for the 90 days just for s 500$ bonus, which i find pathetic. If they paid better then they wouldn't have to offer those bonuses and maybe people would stick around longer.

Because of the stress. It's such high demand for extremely low pay. I have a child and cant afford to pay for childcare and rent... Let alone food off this pitiful salary

Based on these other responses, it is spot on. Management cares more for their company than you. A family member can be dying and they would still have you come in to work. You can be in the hospital and they will have an attitude because of a little extra work. They also claim they can't give you a raise because of money issues and then turn around and bring in people who make $17+/hr instead of working with the employees within. If you're not an butt kisser, don't come here.

The pay here is barely enough to take care of one child. So unless you are already with the company for years even then the pay isn't worth it.

I found working for Compass group a horrible experience. To start with I was expecting the pay to not be that great, but when I actually got my first check I almost fainted, it was so little, I could only feed my self for the week, couldn't believe how much they took out in taxes. Management the worst I've work for. Believe me not worth it!

No one cares about your potential. They want you to be a walking working non talking robot who questions nothing and works their fingers to the bone without filing an incident report. They hang team motivation signs but only care that the team works seperate and keeps info to themselves
