Don't even bother to apply to this place....DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! What they promise you on the application is a bunch of BS. They don't care about you or you succeeding. Your just a body to them, a spot on the schedule not a person. They pay low wages and have high expectations. The staff is AWESOME (most of them) but the administration SUCKS!!!!! No communication, organization,or structure!
Audio Visual Technician (Current Employee) - McLean, VA - August 8, 2019
Main facility in McLean has state of the art facilities and great food. Full-time positions are low-paying but techs should take in the the experience, the paid training and use your professional networking skills to advance yourself.
Operations Manager (Former Employee) - Leesburg, VA - December 20, 2018
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked for. I had no support as an Operations Manager, there is only one HR Representative for several locations so therefore your concerns are never heard and nothing is ever done. The housekeepers are treated poorly, underpaid, understaffed & overworked. The regional directors are not educated and that is why Management turn around is horrible and Directors come and go!!
A typical work day is roughly 10-12 hours; very hard to hire and retain qualified Managers. The hardest part of the job is the long hours.
The most enjoyable is working with a Great Team to get the job done!
