I think overall this is a great company; I worked there for a couple years in mid-management. Future is very bright and overall, I think Compass makes a huge impact on the betterment of clients' lives; however, I do feel there's a disconnect between the upper administration and the employees who actually are out there in the field doing the work. A lot of policies and rules would be handed down by directors who didn't really comprehend that the amount of work they are pouring on staff to meet productivity was just impossible. I'd get in trouble for going over my productivity, but if I didn't do the work the clients didn't get seen. Upper Administration seemed to not understand that. Definitely need more staff.

Leadership in Pineville is lacking. There is no teamwork. Whatever the Regional Director says goes. Suggestions are not allowed. No clear directions. Client care is placed last on the list of priorities.
