Run! very disorganized company, zero communication! At the time I was employed, there was no payment for a no show member so you were not paid for your work and effort in attempting to make a visit, no clustering to make one more productive. It’s not that complicated to pick a zip codes and target the members in that zip code for your hard working providers. Manager in charge of the northeast S. seems like she was plucked from cracker jacket box to fill the position. Do yourself a favor and work at a clinic someplace where you are valued and can make a huge difference.
