Seems to suit older men with no ambition, but that's it. Mnagement cares about keeping their contract with the state, but that's about it. Just a few hundred dollars a year available for training or education. Benefits costs are quite high. Very low pay. No opportunity for advancement of position and very small opportunity for increasing pay. Half - more ... or more of the "managers" including "THE" manager are terrible at public speaking / presenting / teaching. Trainign sessions they provide to employees include wrong info!! Managers contradict each other, nitpick, spend a great deal of time editing a ... - less
ProsNice area
Consnitpicking overbearing supervision, low pay, no opportunities
