The sky is the limit for a top quality facility. The area has needed the medical health and wellness for the Cape Canaveral, Port and surrounding area. The Maritimers, fishermen, Port workers, cruise staffing has not had a convient medical facility for at least the 17 years I have been here. Health care is here to stay, after all the older baby boomers are no longer babies but need many health related need. Keeping quality, great working team, positive atmosphere to gain respect from the community, continuing knowledge of newest equipment and service, it will be a winner.
The future likely isn't very bright. Other than the fact that the man that owns the company is a very successful business owner.

The future is very unstable. People think that they are expanding, because the federal government continues to build structures and provide task orders with more office buildings. However, this is the responsibility of the federal government in order to upscale according to how many children are crossing over the border. Expanding to accommodate the massive influx does not necessarily mean that CHS is doing well. It is a part of the contract that must be abided by the federal government.
The federal government is soliciting for other companies to compete for this contract. Although CHS has been doing this shelter work for 9 months, there are companies that have been doing this for years. Without knowing their performance evaluations, it is difficult to say if the future looks promising for this company.
Don't be fooled by the expanding building developments, another company can come in and take over these sites.
Very good, their work it excellent, and they are expanding very fast.
