The long hours that really serve no purpose. Rumors fly that most Pharmacists there don't see any value in Techs being there. Most people do their own thing there is little to no interaction with people other than frustrated RN's on the other side of the phones. Office processes are very mismanaged and nobody cares. People are only here to make money and look out for their own backs hoping their credentials don't get busted by the Feds. Constant office gossip how often they break laws. Federal Laws!

There may be an initial phone interview. On-site interviews may be multiple-stage in a single day. You may initially meet with a lead pharmacist or department lead. You may meet with one or two people who hold the same position that you are applying for, or people that you will be working directly with. You will be given a tour of the location/pharmacy in which you may be working if employed by CPS. You may meet with the Assistant Director or the Director of the particular pharmacy where you are being interviewed.
