One of the worst companies ever

No breaks- calls always holding. You are rushed to take as many calls as possible while sacrificing true counseling/customer service. When you complete a call you are pressured by management to take another one. Mind you most people that call in are mentally ill, so the calls are not easy.
Management is overbearing.
Workplace culture is terrible- everyone is miserable, and that's all anyone really has in common with each other.
Since the calls are not recorded, the caller can claim anything and management will believe it. They will always take the side of the caller over hard-working, trustworthy employees who have worked there for years.
