Overall I like CEI. There are times when the atmosphere at a client isn't the best, but I am a consultant so I don't mind much. It is nice to work on multiple projects and learn a variety of businesses, technologies, and tools. I will say that we don't get a lot of PTO, I took a hit from my previous job of several days. Things are still a little up in the air about remote work continuing so that is why the 3 starts for Work/Life balance.

Toxic.Management is comparable to a McDonalds. Want you to work very hard for very little compensation. They will make promises and never deliver.

A little old-fashioned in some areas. Non established territories with lack of brand recognition.CEI is a small organization so there are growing pains but management works hard to fill any gaps

This is a pit stop, not a long term career. Very unorganized. Cliquey. Upper management is a joke. They provide zero training so good luck if you’re new to recruiting. I learned more in a week at my next recruiting job than I did in my 6 months there. High turnover.
Regional Resource Manager - Business Solutions Dept in Pittsburgh, PA

The CEO/Owner is also a local wannabe polotician and radio personality. However, he is one of the shrewdest most cut-throat individuals I have ever encountered to date. You are only as good as the amount of money you're bringing in for he himself. Not the team or any fellow colleagues. Once he has drained the life from you he will replace you faster than you were brought on. This is a dead end regardless of what Dept. Or position you seek. Ask other former and even current employees in the PGH anand PHI branches....
