When Interviewing with someone at ComSearch, be sure to ask as many questions as possible and if your disabled, be sure to make a strong point of it and make sure you get that they will accomodate your disability in writing and not just verbally or you will be bullied. A great universal Interview tip is if they ask you, Do you have any questions for me? I always like to respond "Is there any reasons why you would NOT hire me today?" Usually the response to that question is great gauge as to how they feel about you in that moment in time. A great way to impress the boss and turn the interview around to your side.
